Tournament Entry & Cancellation

Entry priority, venue commitments, and cancellation responsibilities.

  1. Honor the venue contract. Nearly all British & Dominion tournaments require a contract between the club and the golf course or venue hosting the tournament. As such, members are expected to adhere to the contractual obligations set forth by our host venues.
  2. Entry is based on RSVP order. Tournament entry is on a first-RSVP, first-to-play basis.
  3. Late cancellations may forfeit payment. Any cancellation by a member after the contracted deadline may subject the member to forfeiting their greens-fee payment unless a replacement player is found.
